★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiter was really nice and respectful, but food was not good, very cold(ribs and steak), dry, no fresh at all, no tasty. When we complained, they just wanted to heat the food up and bring it back to us. How we can eat that kind of food??. We got very dissapointed . We were really hungry, but we run away from the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has become our neighborhood drop in place. The menu has full meals or appetizers, with good prices. All the staff are friendly and they seem to recognize us after a few visits. I recommend this Boston Pizza after a game or a movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was absolutely abysmal. The food was good luckily cause it was the only thing that saved our night of waiting for our server to come talk to us. Didn’t have items on the menu. Forgot our order of drinks. Made us wait for our bill. Made us wait for our drinks. Then sent out our appetizer and main course 30 seconds apart. Never coming back to this one. Skip it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boston pizza went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. Not only was is my birthday and I'm pregnant, they allowed me to order Nacho's to go. This was the first time I was allowed to order Nacho's to go in over two years. (I just moved from Kelowna to Edmonton)
The manager was so kind, she even waited outside the restroom for me with a glass of iced cold water for me, it was the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant.
She made my day extra special and for that I'm forever grateful and will be returning !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually it’s really good, but this time I wasn’t impressed. They were all out of nachos which makes no sense considering you should always have enough food in stock especially for a popular option like that. So I ordered chicken fingers and fries instead which was so small it was meant for a 5 year old not an adult. Please do better next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always our go to Boston Pizza location. Best place to cheer for the Maple Leafs. Lots of TV's everywhere. The service is always exceptional and the food is delish! Shayna and Alyssa are amazing at what they do. Always chat with yah and make sure you are taken care of. The other servers are also good. Definitely the best Boston Pizza location in Edmonton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom smelled like the hope mission. Food was terrible. Veggies not cooked, potatoes where cold. Steak was meh. Wife's chicken parm was tough and chewy. Good chain bad location.
