β β β β β My husband kids and I came to your restaurant to dine in on Feb 20th.From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a not so welcoming hostess. She literally walked us to our tables put down the menus and walked away not a word from her .After sitting there for roughly 15-20 mins with no one even coming over to our table we got up and left .It seemed like all the employees are more worried about the bar side .After we left we went to the fleetwood location and had amazing service .Highly disappointed in this location. It's not hard to tell a table your busy and you'll be right over ,If that would have happened we wouldn't have left .Communication goes along way.

β β β β β Jessica was our server and she was so attentive! We had a party of 12 so I know she was working extra hard. Very glad we got her and she made great recommendations as well.

β β β β β Ordered through DoorDash. Ribs were dry and chewy. Seemed microwaved. Mashed potatoes were too buttery. Broccoli was soggy. Wings weren't saucy. It's possible the cooks don't care as much about takeout orders, but still way too overpriced for the quality.

β β β β β The service and staff were great. My issue with Boston Pizza is how cheap they are with the lack of sauce they apply to their pizza. I happen to like their pizza and the sauce but time and time again I ask for extra sauce and I can barely find any on the pizza.

β β β β β I love thier Honey Garlic wings! Service is good. Have not had the chance to be seated on the bar side but the restaurant seating side is usually pretty quiet. I will say dining in does not add much to the experience, but food is very good. Thier bathrooms are super cool and red themed, and props for having toilet stalls with door that close all the way!

β β β β β My friend and I usually go here and they are always nice. Except this day we went it was pretty busy it being a Friday which is understandable. Our waitress was very nice but our problem was the manager. My friend ordered something from the kids menu and wasn't told anything then but once the manager brought it to us he stated "btw this is a one time exception as we usually only allow it for 12 and under." Which is fine whatever, no one told us beforehand but that's fine. He then near the end signs to our waitress to ask us if we'd like the bill mind you I had just ordered another drink and wasn't even halfway. We sit for a bit longer and he comes himself and says "we're busy now do you want your cheques separate or together." (in a tone) First off how is it my problem your busy? I'm simply trying to enjoy my time without feeling the pressure of you rushing us. Second there were plenty of open tables so like?? Very rude management.

β β β β β Great service. Had a patient server which was appreciated since my mom is so indecisive. My kid enjoyed his free meal and Bandera bread. I really liked the carnivore pasta. First time trying it and definitely recommend it.

β β β β β My daughter was visiting from Victoria during Spring Break so we decided to take advantage of the kids eating free during Spring Break. We had a good time, the food was good, lots to take home for lunch the next day. The only down was that my 4.5-year-old granddaughter wanted worms in dirt and they had no dirt, so she had worms on ice cream.
There weren't many people in the restaurant but we went in the middle of the day on a Sunday.
