โ โ โ โ โ Went there today for the first time and they have a very good selection of medium to large dog toys, the staff was extremely helpful and they also have a self-serve wash where you get towels, soap, conditioner (for those dogs who have hair) as well as access to a dog a blow dryer for $10.00! The dog was tub is a good height (I am over 5' tall and didn't have to bend down) there are stairs so you don't need to lift your dog into the tub at all! Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

โ โ โ โ โ Closed the doors before 9pm on a weekday, I was here 8:50pm and your staff didn't even look at the door as I was knocking, another customer was at the door also. I operate a business also and can firmly say that the register should not be closed PRIOR to posted time. I can understand if I were 1 min after 9pm but not even an acknowledgement at the door? I can purchase pet food anywhere I suppose.
Thanks for the service up till now.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my go-to Bosley's as I live across the street. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly, you are greeted when you come in, asked if you need help, but not pestered if you say you're ok. When you do have questions, the staff listen and then really help - you don't feel like they are just shoving something at you, they really care about getting you the best food/treats/gear that is right for your specific needs. I recently had two great interactions with Vincent, he has very good customer service skills. However, all the staff are knowledgable and personable. I have also shopped at the Bosley's in Steveston, along the promenade. The fellows there are ok, certainly not rude, but they just give off that I-just-work-here-it's-a-job vibe that I find a real turnoff. I like patronizing a place where people seem invested in their job and you know why they work there.

โ โ โ โ โ Good selection of natural, healthy dog treats. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Also picked up a couple of well made toys for the pooches. Prices are good for the quality of the products.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff here are always very polite, welcoming and helpful. Special shout-out to Emily who was very patient with me as a brand new dog owner. I used the self wash station and she gave me helpful directions as Iโm very new to this. My dog even had an accident in the store and she was very nice about it.

โ โ โ โ โ This Bosley's has a super cool Dog Wash! Grabbed some great dog gear today and got great recommendations on supplies from the staff here. We're always glad to pop in and train here too as it's quiet and full of great smells! Remember to leash your creatures if you're coming in though!
