★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a stripped out hub screw on the front rim of my santa cruz and being from out of town i did not have a full set of tools or an easy out. Went in first thing thinking maybe they had 3 minutes to spare. I have never got so much attitude from the guy behind the desk from any business in my life. He laughed at me thinking possibly they could help me out. And was super rude in front of my 4 year old son. Went down the street half a block and they had me out the door ripping in a jiffy. Would highly recommend the guys down the street. This is no way to run a business and the word will travel fast throughout the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. They are trustworthy and kind, while not charging as much as the others. They have helped me with all kinds of unusual and uncommon problems.
Good selection of bikes and products as well as knowledge of bikes and the local area.
They do bikes all year , so there's even stuff for snow bikers and people prepping for the next season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pushy staff. Great selection of bikes and equipment. Be aware if you put a refundable deposit down on a product they will charge you a hefty service fee to refund your money if you change your mind. They also don't tell you about this intially. This lack of transparency is concerning. I'd advise to take your business elsewhere.

Every time I have booked my bike in they do a great job, it's done when they say it will be done, and it's done right! Their work is off the chain...no wait...they would totally put that back on for you. Let's just say they are AWESOME and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their bike like a first child. It was like getting a birthday present? (it just happened to be my birthday too) they also carry revelate bags, these are awesome bags. I will be back, thanks for the great customer service and stocking strange but functional bike parts.?
