โ โ โ โ โ We went to get some Aรงai bowls for breakfast at the Booster Juice in Shelbourne plaza. There was only one person working there and it took 15 minutes to get our two orders of aรงai bowls. She told us after we had paid they were out of fresh fruit so we had only granola on our bowls. The bowls were small and half melted by the time we got them. Do not recommend at all. Cost us almost 14 dollars. What a rip off and a bad experience. Go somewhere else for smoothies.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve always been a regular customer at this location. And suddenly they want to upcharge me for unnecessary things that I have never been charged for. When I asked for an explanation, they were making up things. After 6 years of being a client here, this has been the worse experience ever. Should really provide a better customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been here twice in the last couple weeks, the smoothies were good but the establishment had a horrid smell both times. The first time it smelled of rotting fruit, and the following visit the place smelled of garbage. Unfortunately I will not be going back.

โ โ โ โ โ Booster juice itself is good however even after letting the employee know about an allergy, the cross contamination caused a reaction for my 7 year old. If there is a severe allergy to a product in the facility, I'd recommend avoiding booster juice.

โ โ โ โ โ This store smells so horrible ? It smells like rotting fruit and dirty garbage and has smelled this way each time I've come in within the last 8 months. The smoothies are always good but the service is very poor. The workers have never greated or thanked me and the girls there make me feel very unwelcome and put off the vibe that me ordering a smoothie ruins their night. The girl working today hardly said a word to me and practically shoved the smoothies my way, barking "here." I said "thank you, have a great day!" with no response from her or her coworker. Perhaps it's time to take my business elsewhere. I hope management reads this and looks into training their employees to be friendlier!

โ โ โ โ โ Always a great experience at this booster juice. The regular morning worker who is usually here by herself does a really outstanding job despite how busy it always is. Goes above and beyond to ensure we all get the correct smoothies with good customer service and remaking them if necessary. Definitely deserves a raise!
