★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CJ was a fantastic guide. While we had a few bites and caught two - one of which we had to let go - it was a fantastic experience. We spent a minimal amount of time travelling and most of the time with the rods in the water, which was great. We learned a lot about fishing in general, given that we are very new to the fishing game. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fishing Charter with Jason Assonitis as our guide. He was happy to share knowledge about the areas we fished when we asked. His skills were excellent and he was a patient teacher. Besides catching some King Salmon, my son also caught a large Coho Salmon! A GREAT day on the water, fantastic experience. Definitely recommend this charter fishing company!!!

The Captain was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft and spent a lot time explaining how everything worked to my son. The boat was a Grady White with what looked like brand new engines which made me feel safe. We caught fish, we laughed and left the dock at the end of the day happy. We will be back next year. 5 stars!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason Assonitis and his team at Bon Chovy are arguably the best group of guides and fishermen on the West Coast. I have been using Jason for the past 3 years to entertain clients and our staff. Their team always works hard to get you on top of fish. All of the guides have a expert understanding of Tides, Currents, Water Colour, Weather and the areas that produce the most fish at different times of the year. The Boats are always clean and the staff are constantly working to make sure you are comfortable in all weather and water conditions.
Their company culture and values insure that every guide follows the most ethical practices when fishing and guiding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a charter during May with a Stag group. This company and their guides are simply the best. On our Boats we had Dimitri and Jacob. Super helpful, fun, and skilled fisherman. Everyone on the boat caught multiple salmon across a variety of sizes, but the guides made our day, you wont regret fishing with Bon Chovy
