I have asked many times to email me the invoice and they ALWAYS print it. People learn to be paperless!! We are in 2020 and facing global warming!

They are very accommodating and caring with my time and needs the. The office is also very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this foot clinic!

The team at Bolton Family Footcare were very attentive and did a great job custom fitting my tennis shoes and my everyday shoes. My feet feel refreshed! We had our daughters' skates and sports shoes fitted for orthotics at Bolton Family Foot care. They have really improved her stability and comfort. Thanks.... My tired and achy arches have been greatly improved with the new orthotic insoles we got a Bolton Family Footcare. The team at Bolton Family Footcare offered great advice and attentive service. They were very professional and helpful.

I've seen many different people they are all great only problem is they are always booked but the ladies at the desk always accommodate and find my family appointments when we need them. they are so welcoming when they bring us in they keep the place super clean!

No wonder they have been around for 20 years. I have brought all my children here for different issues and all were dealt with such care and concern. This clinic is so clean. They do medical pedicures which are fantastic especially knowing everything is sterilized and not used on multiple people. I have purchased shoes there as well UGG, Vionic & Birkenstock’s. Great deals. They also helped me with my son who first needed orthotics but also Dr. Anna MAria Infante noticed something with my sons hip when he walked and suggested further assistance with a chiropractor and thank God we did as his hip was locked. The care and detail with this clinic is by far top notch. It is worth the drive to Bolton or their second location in Orangeville which I heard is newly renovated. Wow. !! I can imagine how great it is. Keep it up Bolton Family Footcare. I will recommend you over anyone any day??.

From the booking of our family appointments, to treating leg pain/fungus/Planter's Wart and even providing my family with orthodics. The service is amazing! We have been treated like family and I would not go anywhere else. ?

I have bought shoes, creams, nail polishes etc. I brought my children as well to get their feet looked at. The technicians are really good at their jobs but the customer service at the front desk and management needs improvement. This year my appointments have been cancelled several times without a follow-up appointment offered. I emailed this establishment in September with my concerns only to be ignored. It is now November and their has been no response. The front desk employee is highly unprofessional and rude and management/ownership needs to be accountable. I will happily take my money and patronage elsewhere. I would not want the my customers to be treated so poorly. Avoid at all cost. Emily
