★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our organization will never use Bollore again. Stay far away from them and use another organization for your shipping needs! We recently sent off a shipment using Bollore and their contracted shipping company did not fulfill specific requirements after confirmation that they would complete certain specific tasks. When this commitment was not met, it resulted in fines being imposed on us as the vendor by our customer. Bollore said... "even though we did not do something that we said we would.... its not our fault and there is nothing we will do to help you." Decided to wipe their hands clean and not assume any fault to protect their bottom line. What horrible Customer Service and slimy business practices. Best part is they say on their website... "Bolloré Logistics is committed to delivering reliable, flexible innovative and value-creating solutions." They fail on their mission statement big time and then threaten collections on you even when you paid the invoice in full, minus the fine that was a result of their screw up.
