★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad I came back to the gym. I was feeling draggy and sore back and not functioning well in my job as a cleaner. I hired Starleas Murphy to help me and she quickly has. I just paid for my third session with her. I like the exercises she gives me. I enjoy working out and I use the infrared sauna as well. Now I feel great. Friendly, clean environment and helpfu owners as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym with lots of space. Could use a few more 25s upstairs. I also really appreciate the punching bag, but its a bit awkward if someone is setting up their workout on the rack next to it. Great place to workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Bodyworks for many years and Dale Gurdeep and their staff have always been great to deal with. There are rarely any hold ups for machines. The facilities and equipment are well maintained. For these reasons I have told friends about Bodyworks and will continue to be a member.

Has most machines you’d need and a good floor plan layout.
Convenient location and 24hours make it easy to fit into routine.
With Covid restrictions they provide disinfectant to wipe all machines and, have information posted inside about guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large gym, friendly staff, and high quality equipment here at this location. I’ve spent hundreds of hours lifting with friends and myself.
If you are looking g for a good gym in this area, I definitely recommended bodywork’s to anyone looking for self improvement.

Staff is friendly, spacious facility, always super clean, and love the 24 hours fob. Most importantly, it’s a personal business I’m happy to support in our local community. Well done!
