★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike is super nice and accommodating. They switched gears very quickly during the Covid outbreak to continue to serve their customers in a safe manner by offering delivery. I opted for the delivery but It wasn't urgent that I get my prescription right away as I still had a month's worth. However I got my prescription that afternoon and was told if I needed anything else to just email and they would get it for me. Excellent customer service and overall caring. That doesn't happen very often anymore. Thank you Mike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with the pharmacist yesterday at 8:30pm. She really cared about recommending the right over the counter products to use with the prescription to manage a back that is badly out. She was personable and truly helpful.
The prices are a little high. For the same canned drink you can get from quality foods for $1 is almost $3 here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to pickup a prescription my doctor faxed in a week ago. A full week since he sent it in, and when I showed up to pick up was told “well we don’t fill them when they come in. You have to call and tell us to fill it.” Um what? Never heard of such a practice. But ok. How long will it take to fill? “Maybe an hour.” For a basic prescription. Definitely transferring things across the street to pharma save. At least when my hubby gets his prescription sent there they actually fill it within the week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was rudely forced and escorted to leave the store a second after closing time by a very rude, arrogant store manager. I don’t like to be treated like a criminal when I’m actually a paying customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist I spoke with was very rude and had no time to answer my questions. very disappointed. As for asking when my prescription will be ready I was basically told
"We will get to it when we get to it bye".
Hopefully they find a more respectful way of communicating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoppers drugs Mart Parksville BC. Terrible costumer service at the cosmetic. Show up with my items and the girl discriminate me, I assume for my skin color, the short blonde hair woman cashier basically ignored me. Even the other costumer asked her to help me because I was ready to pay my product and she was still deciding what she wanted. So disappointing. I thought Canadians treated everyone as equal. No friendly, very unprofessional and unethical.
