★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This book store is my new favorite place. I never read a book twice and have made a mission to declutter my life so I donated my books there. I have since picked up some fabulous finds at amazing prices, most in completely new condition. I would much rather support a business like this than the big box stores. They have just as big of a selection, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and less of an environmental imprint. Check it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bookshop... books, games, puzzles, and more... both new and used. Books are well organized and alphabetical! Very easy to search and favourite authors, etc. Book bins outside for sale items and drop off. Has a website with a great search functionality.
A fair collection of vintage/old books also.
Great COVID-19 protocols.
Definitely one of my regular stops when in Parksville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bookshop that is far larger than it appears at first glance: Most of the nonfiction stock is in a long winding corridor off of the main room. An impressive array of titles in history, Canadiana, and indigenous studies at the end. And don’t miss the classics section where there are lots of vintage treasures, both fiction and nonfiction. One of the best used bookshops on Vancouver Island, well worth a visit!
