★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed! This is a cute spot with lots of seating so you can socialize with friends. There are lots of dessert options, especially gelato! They also have nut free and dairy free alternatives which can cater to a lot of people! They’re open until late and the staff are very nice! I recommend if you’re at Lansdowne to check it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I got overcharged. In fact, the price labels did not match the actual cost. Also, one of my friend got double charged because the owner said that his transaction didn’t go through when it actually did. On top of that, the gelato scoop was very small for its price compared to other ice cream/gelato shops in Ottawa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful when you pay with a credit card in this shop. There was a discrepancy between what I paid including the tip and what was charged on my credit card statement. I was charged $7 more on the credit card. I tried to call them with the number on the receipt, but the number was a personal phone number of someone who is not related to this business. I realized that the number on google search was different and I attempted to call with this new number. But, no one answered even if I called dozens of times. I could not even leave a voice message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! I am so impressed with everything about Boccato. The location and patio is perfect! The dessert and drinks options are many and all delicious. The manager is welcoming and nice, and the staff provides great service.
Update:
Every time we go to Boccato's, we become more obsessed with the place and the variety of dessert options and beverage options.
The customer service is superb and I honestly never experience better service before anywhere else.
It is the perfect place for big,or small groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great spot at Lansdowne. A cafe and gelato bar that also has some pastries and is licensed. It's far less corporate than the other places and the little patio is a great spot to have a beer on a hot day, or before a game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, the owner is really friendly. I tried the strawberry smoothie it tasted really natural with not too much sugar which is healthy. I tried a chocolate cookie which tasted buttery and nice. Also the Halawa and Kashta ice cream tasted amazing. I am definitely going back.

The price is a little high, and also I felt they were kind of stingy with portions. Some places are really generous with the size of the scoop serve, but here, they are like trying to serve the less they can. So, the value for money is not too good.
It will not be my first choice to stop for an ice cream.
