S	Serkan Bilgi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is exceptional. Staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well marked, and have variety of items in stock. I've had great online ordering experience with them, on multiple occasions. Emails are responded promptly, and with relevant information. Recently, the snow blower I bought here had a leak, and 10 minutes after I emailed them, Roger came to pick it up, serviced it, emailed me about the issue and the fix, and dropped off my blower. You can't get better service than that!

The only sign that was on the gate when I got there said the store was open and I was unaware of the power failure. I drove to Fenelon and got what I needed. Sorry for the hasty complaint.
W	William Cryderman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becarful buying electrical wire, I went in to buy 12/2 wire and saw 12/2 for $1.69 a foot, so I thought. A gentleman counted the 21 feet with his feet and cut it . I purchased a couple smaller items ,went up to pay for it and said to the young girl at cash that sounds expensive, how much was the wire ,she said $2.81 a foot ,I said that's not what it said ,she showed me on the computer Red $2.81 so I went back and the gentleman walked back with me and I said right there $1.69 ,he said it's the price tag over the item, I said your kidding I asked can I get the cheaper one, he said it's already cut you better ask at cash. The young girl told me she can't take it back since it was cut and another cashier chirped in the background saying the same, then the young girl provided to say you should of read it properly, I showed her how items in the store were priced with the price below the product, she didn't care. I will be going to buckhorn home hardware from now on ,there definitely friendlier.
