I did not find Reilly very pleasant. she does not have the ability to have a conversation about anything UNLESS she is talking about herself and even then it is to complain about how hard her life is. she then rushed thru the appt. which was obvious 4-5 days later when I realized about 75% of the extensions had fallen off.in such a short time frame this is NOT just hair shedding. IT is because her glue didnT adhere the lashes. I texted to have her address this problem. My first text was ignored. on my second contact she agreed to book me in for a fill but I had to wait another week before she had an opening. the day before I was scheduled she texted me to cancel. I was then booked with someone else but had to wait another two days. ALL the lashes on my left eye fell out on my pillow. I had to walk a round with one bald eye and one full eye. I was going to attend the rescheduled appt but then AIMee called to say that no, the fill was NOT going to be complimentary and I would have to pay. Be AWARE this SPA thinks nothing of charging U 130.00 and will only warranty the work for 72 hours...if I wanted TEMPORARY lashes I would have went to shoppers drug mart....rip off artists only of taking your money! stay clear!

After noticing my hair was a strawberry orange colour when it was done I asked for it to be corrected as it was not what I paid for. My hair was then bleached and dyed numerous times attempting to achieve the hair I originally asked for. I left distraught 8 hours later as my scalp was burning from the bleach products and my hair was soaking wet in worse conditions than when I arrived. It’s been over two weeks now and I’m still suffering from chemical burns on my scalp from the bleach and my hair is very dry. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the situation... very disappointed.
