Boathouse began in 1963 as a small business in the Canadian city of St. Catharines, Ontario. Known locally as Arlies, the shop specialized in active lifestyle apparel and footwear, catering to outdoor thrill-seekers and sports enthusiasts alike. Since that time we have expanded our presence in Canada to more than 80 stores nation-wide, now known to most as Boathouse. We continue to sell active lifestyle brands, offering the best in clothing, footwear, accessories and more. In 2008 we launched Boathousestores.com, bringing the Boathouse experience to you at home, or wherever you choose to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to shopping there and the customer service was very poor i asked the worker there if u have any medium shirts in champion and any colours in that model she said no and had no clue but i was able to look myself for half and hour and find myself , terrible service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They employ children who can't talk to adults, and don't know they're own sales. The girl went from saying everything was 50% off to 15% off then claimed there actually was no sale. And she was training someone and made him feel stupid. Try hiring adults and maybe you will complete within the retail industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad customer service. cashiers were extremely rude. i was in the middle of asking questions regarding the store policy until the lady cut me off and shut me down in the middle of speaking and sent me off after my transaction. i had to seek assistance at a different location and thankfully the cashier there was a lot nicer and was willing to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a poor representation of your brand! Great prices but doesn't mean you can just send your clients whatever off the floor... one boot is fresh as a daisy and the other literally stinks!!! You can easily tell it was folded and was tried on many times... it smells gross!!!
