★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. We discussed with one of the counsellors and she supposed to come up with an action plan for us.....Waited and waited and she never got back to us!!!! Super unprofessional!!!!
Response: This is a nickname that I’m using. It happened exactly how I explained it. You can NOT help if we have assets. She explained that we will lose everything. Even so she should have get back to us but she never did! IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel that the counsellor we have is amazing. However I feel things were not explained properly at all to us. Outcome A was discussed, but then there is outcome B. I don’t feel that we did enough research on debt solutions before proceeding with them. I hope we never have to go through this again. Lesson learned for our family for sure.

From day one they set out the rules and guidelines for my Purposal, worked relentlessly to put me in a good position, and fought off any collections office that refused to play by the rules.
