Concernant le département des ventes c'est très bien et prends le temps de tout expliquer! Seul bémol que ça soit pour un rappel ou un rdv il semble jamais avoir de courtoisie mais il en a de disponible a des clients qui arrivent après nous même si eux ont pas RDV! A part cela tout est ok ! j'ai aimé le fait qu'il lave l'auto extérieur après n'importe quel RDV ou réparations ou rappels.cest une attention particulière que plusieurs concessionnaires devraient suivre tu!
For the service, the technical advisor was very attentive and tried to find effective solutions! Regarding the sales department, it's very good and takes the time to explain everything! Only downside whether it's for a callback or an appointment, he never seems to have courtesy but there are some available to customers who arrive after us even if they don't have an appointment! Other than that everything is ok! I liked the fact that he washes the car outside after any appointment or repairs or recalls. This is a special attention that many dealers should follow you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is a brief one. First of all, the client service is pretty decent. The guys are polite and even offer you some water from time to time.
Coming down to the deal itself. I had a pretty intense email exchange with the sales rep for about several weeks after I test drove the car of my choice. It took more than a month of back and forth to get the quote. Every piece of info that I tried to get out of the sales rep was literally very much akin to squeezing it out of him. The price flexibility was nonexistent. No snow tyres for you, no additional services as well. Pay up and roll out.
The discussed price for the car itself, no taxes in, no additional services, had been of roughly n3k. Imagine my surprise when the lad sent me out a quote with the car price (no taxes etc) going up to n9k instead. When I asked him to confirm or to explain the discrepancy, he simply bailed out on me and never returned a call.
To sum it up: all the time I dealt with the sales rep I had a strong feeling of being at a grocery store, or a bakery. What you see is what you get, the price is non-negotiable. What is far worse is that it can suddenly go up, without any clear explanation at all.
P.S The car in question is still sitting on the lot 6 months after.
