On parle au ‘’mecanicien’’ Chez sterling et il ose nous dire ; je connais pas les autos récentes ..... gang d’incompétent !! Plus jamais la bas . Aller ailleurs pour vos inspections de la SAAQ ! Agent of the saaq .... charges a price for an inspection and only do a visual inspection, finds a certain problem that cannot be justified, we will have the car checked at the original manufacturer they mention that the vehicle is 100% compliant . We talk to the 'mechanic' at sterling and he dares to tell us; I don't know recent cars ..... incompetent gang !! Never again there. Go elsewhere for your SAAQ inspections!
P	P-o Laflamme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendre un bon 45 minutes pour ENFIN voir la personne qui s’occupe des fenêtres teintées. Le monsieur fait mon test, ensuite on entre pour faire les papiers de conformité. La secrétaire m’informe que mon camion est trop lourd pour qu’ils puissent faire le test. Je doit donc aller à leur autre succursale de St-Romuald. J’ai pris la peine d'appeler hier pour savoir si c’était bel et bien Lévis qui faisait les tests pour mon véhicule : oui monsieur on fais ça. Personne n’a crû bon de me dire durant mon 45 minutes d’attente qu’il ne faisait pas les pickup de ma grosseur, même le monsieur qui a fait le test n’en avait aucune idée.. Il me disait sans cesse : T’es pneus ne sont pas légal, il ne sont pas EXACTEMENT de la grosseur indiqué dans la porte. Félicitations mais je ne viens pas dutout pour ca . Honnêtement le pire service que j’ai eux provenant d’un garage. Et dire que vous êtes mandataires pour la SAAQ..... Wait a good 45 minutes for FINALLY see the person taking care of the tinted windows. The gentleman is doing my test, then we go in to make the compliance papers. The secretary informs me that my truck is too heavy for them to take the test. So I have to go to their other branch in St-Romuald. I bothered to call yesterday to know if it was indeed Lévis who was doing the tests for my vehicle: yes sir we do that. Nobody has grown good to tell me during my 45 minutes of waiting that he was not pickup my size, even the gentleman who did the test had no idea .. He told me constantly: Your tires are not legal, they are NOT EXACTLY the size indicated in the door. Congratulations but I do not come for all that. Honestly the worst service I got from a garage. And to say that you are agents for the SAAQ .....

J	Jason Cairns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my first Volvo D13 2011 from Rejean Pare located in the same building, needed the vehicle quickly so I regrettably was not very picky, payed 50k for it, with blackbook value of 32k presumed excellent maintenance.....truck has had nothing but problems, returned 6 or 7 times for repairs, repairs were 'done' as cheaply as possible, afterwards and since it has cost me15k+ in repairs so far, it was my mistake I'll concede, I should have cancelled the purchase but I was in a rush and am paying for it, my advice to anyone buying from Rejean Pare is be VERY weary.
