Arrived from France, we bought our two Fords from the friendly and very good advisor Mr. Benoit Bolduc. We had a problem with a car. The workshop and Auto rives sud took their responsibilities and solved the problem without trying to clear customs.

Cela fait 1 mois que jâai acheter ma premiĂšre auto et jâai dĂ©jĂ 3 bris dessus (pneu dĂ©gonflĂ©, batterie fini et il nây avait plus de prestone il coulait donc jâaurai pu briser totalement mon moteur). Inspection supposĂ©ment fait et une garantie pour supposĂ©ment 1 mois qui couvre rien. Aller Ă un autre endroit bien sincĂšrement, je suis trĂšs déçu pour lâachat de mon premier vĂ©hicule
very bad service! It's been 1 month since I bought my first car and I already have 3 breaks on it (flat tire, dead battery and there was no more prestone, it was leaking so I could have completely broken my engine). Inspection supposedly done and a warranty for supposedly 1 month which covers nothing. Go to another place sincerely, I am very disappointed for the purchase of my first vehicle

â â â â â Je suis allĂ©e pour un changement de pneus, comme Ă l'habitude. Ă pareille date l'an passĂ©, on m'a facturĂ© 59,95$ + taxes. Lors de ma prise de rendez-vous, on ne m'informe de rien quant aux modifications de prix. Ă la fin de mon rendez-vous, on me facture 96$ + taxes pour le mĂȘme service! C'est littĂ©ralement du vol. Presque le double que l'an passĂ©. Je comprends qu'il y a l'inflation, mais il y a toujours des limites Ă rire du monde. Je n'irai plus jamais Ă ce garage, c'est scandaleux.
I went for a tire change, as usual. On this date last year, I was billed $59.95 + taxes. When I make an appointment, I am not informed of anything about price changes. At the end of my appointment, I was billed $96 + taxes for the same service! It is literally theft. Almost double than last year. I understand that there is inflation, but there are always limits to laughing at the world. I will never go to this garage again, it's outrageous.
