★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English customer service when we called doesn’t care enough for non speaking English customers. After telling them to ask their questions in a slower repeatedly they just kept speaking as fast as they would converse with an anglophone and in the end, said they weren’t able to identify properly the customer. Rushing to transfer us to French service and rapid to transfer to Chinese service - but we’re not Chinese. Don’t you have voice recognition just like other banks? 2 thumbs down zero stars if it I was able to.
