This branch is truly amazing, they provide exceptional customer service, they are friendly, welcoming and professional. They truly care about your financial needs, they give variety of solutions based on our needs, never talked about at other financial institution. This team has helped me and my family make great financial decisions. Thankful to BMO and this branch.

Awful customer service. I had an appointment with Maria Angeles, who did not call me as she was supposed to, or accept my phone calls or emails when I tried to follow up. When I tried to get in touch with the bank branch, no-one responds. Very clearly the people at this institution do not care about their customers.

Branch manager Steve is very professional and helpful with my last minute request for a payout statement. He returned my call promptly and offered help! He saved my day! Thank you so much Steve!!

Such a terrible bank! Noone knows what they are doing and Valentina is soo rude and speaks down to you. Terrible terrible service do not bank with them!

Poor number of tellers at this location that cannot properly service customers. Tellers often draw out customer interaction in attempts to create sales, further slowing the line. Poor experience.

My Bank card got stuck in the ATM and had to wait 40 minutes before the manager came to look at the ATM machines. Only to tell me that there’s no card in the machine. I then tell him repeatedly that my card is in the machine and that no one can use it. He then checks again, calls me into his office to avoid showing fault in front of other customers and does not apologize for the inconvenience.

this Branch’s service is very bad and gave me a trouble. I just ask to pirnt my statement with their stamp,they told me need to extra charge $5 with a very rude attitude,especially their manager called Abul Alam gave me a very rude attitude without any helps and sent me go. I applied a same thing in another branch just last week,they offer me free and good service.I don't believe just ask their stamp on my own statement should extra cost $5 which i did many times in different BMO. Finally I just went to another BMO branch nearby then requested a same thing for free. Therefore,they did a bad service definitely. I will not go here again.

I had to go into this branch on two separate visits. My first visit I was seen by the teller Valentina she was very rude and had no customer service. She did want to complete my trasactions when my funds were cleary not on hold. After i got upset and had asked to speak to the manger she then fianlly after 15 min completed my transactions. Not happy at all with this service . On my second visit I was seen by Maria who also was very rude. I had a simple bill payment . She took over 15-20 min to verify me . I waited so long to simply pay my bill . Do not go to this brach horrible service .
