With long line up and super slow service in this branch, actually slowest banking service I have ever experienced. I am currently in the line up for 30min and I am still next to the front door.

I had an appointment with personal banker Shuan Lu and was very informative and patience in answering my questions. He made sure he did his due diligence and asked for clarification from his management right away. Explained all the types of checking accounts and terms.

Dallas Jobin helped me set up an account and made sure i got all the advantages that came with it, was very helpful and patient with my many emails. Couldnt be happier, very glad i switched from CIBC!

This is the worst BMO branch I have ever visited. I went to this branch for withdrawal. Also brought some coins to deposit. I know many coins will cause trouble for the Teller to count and may waste their time to help other customers. So I rolled all the coins up as it should be (like 40 one roll for 25 cent) the only thing was I did not use the formal roll paper. I have deposited like this before in many branch, always no problem. But this time this male teller just refused to deposit the coins for me, he said it was not used the formal roll paper. If I give a bag of coins without count and roll, I totally understand he refused it. But I already counted and rolled up, he still refused it then I think this is your service issue. BTW the branch was really empty when I was there. Don’t recommend this branch to anyone, so bad my father’s account is with this branch.

On the day I visited this branch, I tried to withdraw some money to the check and asked a male employee. But he frowned and pretended not to understand what I asked for. Then he asked what language I speak even though there are nothing wrong with my English. Then, he handed me over to another employee without any explanation, saying that another employee would help me. The male employee regarded me as a troublemaker and handed me over to another employee like an object, and there was no courtesy or greeting. I had to feel ignored and insulted. I thought I was depositing my money in this bank to receive this service. It was the first time I had received such unfriendly services not only in Canada but also anywhere in the world.

I'm giving 5 stars to a personal banker Kyler Kim. Kyler is very helpful, knowledgeable and always ready to help. I was very pleased with his service and definitely recommend him as an advisor.

Back in 2010, there was one bill number CAD $4.52, the staff at this BMO location processed that payment for me as of CAD 452.00. Well, I found out and went back for correction. It's not a big deal. However, recently a banker at this branch named Daniel Xia claimed to me that they never make mistakes. What a pride!? People all make mistakes, it happens at every banks, every branches. (Besides that, Daniel is also very unprofessional, details can be shared upon request, lazy to write it for now) I only have went this branch about 3 times since 2010, one time there was an over CAD $440 mistake, one time there was one person claimed they never make mistakes. What is the odd?
