★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the highlight of the day when we went for dessert and tea in the afternoon. The bistro was large and quiet with plenty of amazing desserts to try. The staff were exceptionally friendly and they had a great mood in the whole place. Perfect to stop at for an afternoon pick-me-up. Do yourself a favour and try the chai latte and chocolate cream pie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had planned on going to the Treehouse, but they were closed for Easter weekend. So a short walk to Bluebelle it was. Beautiful place and the food was great. Eggs Benny was awesome and had a citrus-ish taste I just couldn't place, but man it was good. Recommend if you're in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I ate here a few weeks ago, for a late lunch (around 2 pm), the atmosphere has an rustic feel and look. The server was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but when our food came, the food was cold and my "Chowder" (Coconut Corn chowder with Chili Oil) was unedible! This "Corn chowder" was more like someone half mashed a corn cob with the husks still on and put it in a bowl. No joke. Either the corn had been freezer burnt and picked way too early, there should have been no tough husks from the kernels. Added disappointment, there was no other veggies, like peppers or potatoes or onions. It was a very bad corn puree. No cook or line cook in their right mind, should or would have served this "soup".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Benny eggs for brunch, crumble brownie and muffins for snack for another part of way. Definitely reason plan some another trip over Kaslo and try next things, because I really like idea “everything housemade and from locals farmers”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was crazy busy and the server (short pink hair from Quebec maybe?) did an awesome job of being really professional and friendly despite the chaos. I would have been having a meltdown in the range situation as her. The food was totally worth the wait, I had the mushroom benny and it was really good, the hash browns were unreal! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bluebelle is located in a historic building and well maintained. The smell before entering delightful. This time I had a classic breakfast but they offer veg and vegan options. Coffee delightful. Their home made bread a win! The two servers came by to check on us. Coffee refill. Super awesome place. Hugely recommended. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular at bluebelle and for a good reason! They have fun with their dishes and everything is always so flavourful. The desserts they offer are seasonal and always so good too. Any kind of soup and pumpkin spice lattes are lovely on a cold day. My favourite spot in kaslo for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the first time on April 14, and was really impressed. It was very busy but the barista was hustling and stayed pleasant. Nice art work and stained glass plus a cozy fireplace. I got the savoury cornmeal waffle with an egg, yummy!
