★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG not good lol. The woman working in there gave me the most evil look ever; I just wanted to order some food, relax lady. I ordered hot chocolate and she poured a cup of hot water, tore open a pack of Carnation hot chocolate and dumped it in the cup, homeless shelter style. The food was not any better. All the locals in the place stared at us, with jaws sagging, too. We're two totally normal people...who want a decent hot chocolate...no need for the stares and sneers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic coffee shop, the goodies are baked fresh, the coffee strong and the local news is juicy! Try one of Teresa's Sandwich's, fully loaded with the fillings, between two slices of the best home baked bread! Make sure to add a cookie to that order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a sausage roll and a slice of apple pie. The sausage roll was cold, she didn't serve with heating it up. But the taste was decent. The apple pie was pretty sour and the filling was so runny. It didn't taste fresh at all. Absolutely would not recommend the apple pie. Cash only. Service is ok, not the friendliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best fresh made sandwiches anywhere. I spend summers in Kaslo and this is my favourite lunch spot. There's no question it's a local joint: the decor is modest, and the atmosphere slow and easy. I've read people complain about walking in and being stared at, but those reviewers just need to nod and say hello. It's a tiny town with a laid back vibe. End of story. Loved this place from the first bite.
