The project involved working with our municipality and local school board to obtain permits/approvals, and Blue Ocean was patient and effective in meeting the requirements. We felt confident in going forward with Ardavan and his team. We had a great experience planning the reno as Ardavan accompanied us and helped with choices of materials at recommended suppliers. We felt comfortable having important discussions about budget and options with him. We were not onsite for the renovation but communication was ongoing through phone and email so we always felt we had a good idea of progress and were able to discuss any issues as they came up. He respected our timeline and budget...the best surprise was how beautiful it looked! Ardavan's attention to detail is an asset and his team was very careful and respectful working in our home. We will be recommending Blue Ocean to our friends in the future.

Every aspect of the experience with their main contractor for the North Shore, Gavin Bizzarri was extremely positive. I had many contractors submit estimates for this renovation which included demolition of the walls, bath tub removal, reversing the existing drain, installing a walk in tub, install required electrical, tile floor and walls. I was supplying the walk in tub, wall tiles & floor tiles. Blue Ocean submitted the best estimate by over three thousand dollars. Gavin Bizzarri was in continuous contact with me before and during the project. He supplied positive honest perspectives and solutions. Gavin and all the trades people involved were professional and a pleasure to deal with. They went out of the way to make sure I was pleased with their progress throughout the project. I was very pleased with the job they have done and the project was exactly what the estimate was. I highly recommend their services and will use them again for my future renovations.

He was very helpful answering my inquires in the begging after the free estimate. The quote he provided was accurate. No hidden costs through and through. A fix-priced project. Hazim led the whole thing with a quite clear plan on what was gonna happen each week, and the work he and his guys did was totally on point! A few things that needed patching up, he just came and did it! Donna from the office was also helpful. Great teamwork with clear responsibilities! We highly recommend them! Project duration - 2 months with Xmas in between. Location - New Westminster, BC

From day one everything went smoothly. Ben was really pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of work is top class and the best part was excellent every day communication. That way I knew exactly what to expect and how project is progressing. Work was done as promised and on time. Didn't have a single issue with this contractor and company and would recommend them and go again with them.

Renovating the one bathroom took them over a year in 2014. ..Most recently, 7 years later, we've learned the hard way that the toilet had been installed crookedly and the sink overflow is not hooked up. So far the tile work has help up. Overall, not a good experience generally.
