β β β β β Not super busy here for the last hour and a half! The gals behind the counter were super helpful and friendly! Fast service! Busy cleaning when noone was coming in! First time trying the creamy strawberry fruitchillo and it was AMAZING, but could use more strawberry as the ice cream mix taste is very evident. No stars deducted though because it was such a nice coffee date out! ?

β β β β β I'll give them one thing. They are consistent. Consistent at terrible service. Every time I order a latte, the barista serves everyone else in line before making my drink. I talked to her about it the first time and she snapped back at me saying that she didn't want to make it before helping the others because she would have to wash her hands before making my drink. I spoke with head office who sent me a gift card as an apology. The store owner/manager didn't get in touch with me about it. Reluctantly, I decide to come back and use the gift card. I've been twice and each time she does the exact same thing. She helps the whole line of people giving them their drinks and food first because it was just a coffee and warming up food. Meanwhile I have to wait 10 minutes for a drink! Its so enraging. My gift card is now done and I'll never come back. Even tho Blenz is walking distance from my house, I'd rather drive to Starbucks to get good service.

β β β β β Came here for a coffee at 5:50pm. I walked up to the door to find it locked and two employees inside. Both just looked at me with a blank stare when I pulled the door handle and I gestured to my watch. Locked doors 10 minutes before your posted closing time? Seriously? Guess business must be too good. No problem, I wonβt be back and I wonβt recommend this location.
