This is a great campground. Hiking, biking and water fun. Road is a bit rough getting there, but worth the drive.

Campground that is close to the city, can handle boats on the lake, and has enough amenities for the family to be comfortable. Sunset ridge campground has a few sites with great views if you can handle the wind. The walking trail and mountain bike paths are definitely the highlight of the park in my view. Beautiful in the fall.

For summer hiking, don't let the ski trail map fool you. Peppered throughout these marked ski trails (the wide trails in the photos) are gorgeous, hidden, hilly, mountain bike paths, beautifully marked (and made by?) the "Northern Bush Rastas". With no bikes in sight, they make lovely walking trails. Do watch for bikes, and stay away from them if there's an event happening. Also, the parking lot at the trailhead appears rustic, but has lighted bathrooms, flush toilets, soap, water, and paper towels, during my August visit. Don't know if that holds true in winter.

Nice large spots well spaced, electrical at most, common water and sewer service, camped here during week and was nice and quiet, no off-road machines allowed in the park. Haven't been successful at shore fishing yet. Did get fishing license checked by a conservation officer.

It is a very nice park. It has a nice beach, the lake is nice to swim, and there are several places to park. I have never had issues to find a spot close to the beach. In the summer, there are stand-up paddle & kayaks to rent. Also, there is a place to buy burgers, hotdogs, pop and beer. I really like this park, it's one of my favorites parks in SK.

Everything was well maintained and clean. Beautiful and quiet up on Sunset Ridge Campground. Windy, but then no mosquitoes. Far from the beach and other campgrounds, but very peaceful for that very reason. Not much shrubbery around the actual site, but the sunsets and view of the lake make up for that. I just wish all the sites up there could be full service. Water pressure at site is high, so you may need a water pressure regulator.

Exquisite view, more like God has painted by himself. We entered by mistake private property opposite of provincial park, but the view from there is an alluring one. The people are amicable, and we also learned when crossing any vehicle or person, one must have to make a friendly gesture to the other there. Unique thing.

Beautiful place, great to spend the day with the family for a picnic/BBQ and a day at the beach. There are very clean and well maintained indoor washroom and shower facilities available. Great spot for camping if you don't want to drive too far. Fishing was not to good as there is too much shrubbery causing the lines to get constantly tangled. Fishing areas could use some improvement. Otherwise a beautiful place to get away from the city buzz.
