It was our first time going to this location, and a sugar bush in general, and I must say that I was disappointed. The admission cost includes a drink, and a dessert, in which I found the price reasonable for that. In order to get your drink, you must wait in the same line as you would to get in for breakfast/brunch, which could be quite long. We didn’t end up getting the drink that was included because we stood in line for almost 25 minutes with no movement, and because of that, we also didn’t have the traditional breakfast either. All in all, it was a lot of standing around, and waiting in line. In order to go to the shack to eat, dessert and drink area, you must get on the wagon because you’re not allowed to walk down the path. The only way for you to be able to walk, is if you park on the street, a little further down from the main entrance. Unfortunately, we will not be returning at this location.

Strawberry picking: Fun outdoor activity to do with the family. Large parking lot. Pay for the strawberries by basket (volume) before you enter. They have some specific rules that are posted before you enter (see photo). For example, they require everyone in the group to have a basket (unless you’re 3 or under.) Red spray paint lines on the ground to make 2 m social distancing in the line. They have portapotties beside the mandatory hand washing station. Friendly staff. We’ve been here before and we’d come back again!

Our family went this am (April 9, 2022) and had one of the best times ever. We have a 5y/o and a 2y/o and they loved it. The pancake breakfast restaurant was phenomenal! Get the crispy pork if u like deep fried bacon!!!! Dynamite!!! Kids loved the play structures! We don't have a negative thing to share! Well worth the costs!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Sweet little farm whit a lot of activities during the pumkin fest. We did the corn maze and hayride. It was fun and it is a perfect place for families and kids.

Had a great time with my family here at Proulx Sugar Bush and Farm! My grandsons loved the amimals in the barn and got to get up close to pet the horses that pulled our wagon. Our guide was hilarious with some bad puns and jokes. Food was good. Came home with several products from the store.

Our family had a great time. I would rec going very early, especially if you want the pancake breakfast. The line up was huge, and we decided not to wait. The sticky taffy a win as always!! For the hot chocolate don't wait in that long line up just walk in and get it. Wagon ride over to the other site was nice.

Went during March Break on a Wednesday morning. Booked a ticket online. The parking lot is MUDDY - wear rubber boots 100%. All the staff was wonderful. It may be different on the weekends but on this weekday it seemed like activities were minimal. The petting barn was pretty run down (not in a danger to animals or people sense, just lots of repairs could be made), and only a few animals were able to be seen. Goats and bunnies mostly. It was quite crowded inside. There was a rundown sign near the old sugar shack with a clock that said “next tour in…” but clearly it had been destroyed by many kids and/or weather. There was no one to chat with to “take a tour” or to teach the kids how to make syrup. VERY self-guided experience. No education signs, or direction signs really anywhere explaining the steps. We felt more like we were on a hike in the woods with some sap lines and other families running around. There was a man in the shack, but he wasn’t putting on a show for us or anything, just quietly watching the sap. Lots of porta potties - yay! Fairly clean too. The meal was a separate price but it was delicious - Meating’s makes great food! Again, the staff in the eatery were FANTASTIC. I didn’t see any hot dog or s’mores kits for sale like it had mentioned online, but also the two fires we came across were smoking and definitely needed to be tended to (around noon). HUGE PLUS: like five or six play structures for the kids. My kid spent 95% of our time here and that was the highlight of her “sugar shack adventure” Definitely room for improvement in the whole “maple bush” experience. Someone to explain different types, the process etc - especially for young kids & families who didn’t grow up here. But having Meating’s on-site for food is a huge benefit. Will probably seek out a different experience for my kid next year to learn more about the process of making maple syrup. But if you just want to have a delicious pancake breakfast & run around some play structures, eating maple taffy - this is the place for your family!

Had a great time here today. Wagon rides were fun and the guy tells jokes the whole way. Breakfast was delicious! I didn’t know but the company “Meatings” does the catering here now. My one complaint is I bought 7 maple syrup taffee’s on the crushed ice and 3 were big and 4 were tiny. At 3.99+ tax each I wasn’t impressed.
