★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If zero stars was possible, that's what I would give. These people make up their own policies for the uhaul equipment they're rent. I made a reservation through uhaul's 1800 number and these people refused to rent to me. U-Haul customer service told me they're not allowed to do that, yet here I am empty handed. Avoid this place at all costs.
