I’m always impressed by his insight into his target market, but even more so by his insight into how to increase both a property’s intrinsic value and rentability. He can help you increase your rents, get a higher quality tenant, and get more for your property on refinance or sale.
Legacy has expertise in managing properties and renovations, with a focus on investment properties. I would recommend this business to any real estate investor in the Thunder Bay area, especially if you’re new to real estate investing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marco is my brother, & coming from a family member there is no other person I'd trust to look after my rental property. On a real note; I still called other property management companies in town and with the pricing involved with the lack of services provided, it made sense to go with LPRM's services.
His pricing is very fair compared to others I quoted in town. Marco has already assisted me with renovations at my property that I wanted completed. Everything was completed and professionally done to my liking in a timely manner. All while I was able to focus on my other projects; work, family life, other investment goals, ect. This has taken a big stress off of my mind!
Marco also found me a reliable tenant, and he keeps my up to date on any issues at my rental property. I wish I was able to show you the house inspection pictures. I was genuinely amazed at the attention to detail noted in the house inspection.

I rented with Legacy Property for less than six months. During that time, the company was very responsive and took care of any issues relating to the unit in a timely manner. I give props to the unit being maintained and in good shape.
Due to a family member falling ill; I am needed to provide home care. I explained the situation to Legacy Property & Rental Management. Marco was very compassionate and understanding to my situation and worked to ensure the process was stress free. As I had signed a one year lease, Marco quickly worked on a solution that was good for myself and the unit owner and I was relieved from my lease obligations early.
The entire process was quick, seamless and with NO stress.
Thank you Marco, for your understanding and your time and effect in finding the best resolve for all of us involved.

He was very prompt and open about the property which helped us decide whether or not we wanted to complete an application.
