It was easy to rent a unit and easy in and out. When your done with the unit it's easy to cancel recommended all the way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best storage facility in Cranbrook hands down. Very secure and easy to use. Lots of surveillance cameras. The lady that runs the place is very pleasant and easy to deal with. She was very prompt and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of very quickly. The whole process was quick and stress-free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll start with the good. It was easy to communicate with Diane and she was very quick to respond, until she wasn’t. Also I appreciated the weekly pro-rated charge.
The bad - We rented for 2 months and somehow had time for a rodent problem and a day when our unit lock couldn’t open because of a dead battery, thankfully this wasn’t the day we needed to move out. I complained about the rodents who had left droppings all over our belongings and chewed through a cushion and a child car seat and was basically told it was my fault even though I had no food or anything to attract them in there and there was a clear entry hole for them through the floor. I replied to that asking what she could offer for compensation for our loss and trouble, offering pictures if she needed proof and she stopped communicating. Not a happy customer, I was charged $240/month for the unit which was not heated and offered nothing but blame for rodents in our unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to give them anY stars considering they gave us (and others) less then 15 days to remove our RV from their lot. The reason was they are building more storage. That’s fine, and I am sure you knew these were your plans a while ago, but at least have the decency to give at your RV tenants some time to find alternative storage arrangements and at least move the pile of snow from the road area the trailers can be done so easily and with more mobility than what we had this morning as we moved ours
