★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good and quick service when we were there after cruise. It is just a snack shop but even for that had lots of options! Coffee after the cruise was nice to have! Staff was very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Black Anchor is super cute and the staff are really friendly but everything is super expensive (I think a slice of pizza was $8). A lot of the (extensive) menu was crossed off and they only had a few items available for purchase. The coffee is reasonably priced and is of decent quality at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place last long weekend (august 2020). We ordered chilli dog and pizza. My pizza is huge and i like the taste but the hot dog in chilli dog is salty. We waited 10min because they run out of pepperoni pizza, buts its ok, atleast my pizza is freshly baked. Its just the hot dog is salty.
Based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s cute that’s in the middle of the wilderness but there was no food inventory. They only had pizza and ice cream. Their menu showed an extensive amount of items but they were completely out.
PLUS, I found a hair in my pizza- will say, that was my favorite part about the Lake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream is perfect on a hot day! The price is a bit high (6,5 single 8,5 double) but tastes great! Didn't try the burgers tho. So this will be my review for this as a ice cream shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As most have said the kiosk is cute and the staff is friendly, the service was good. The prices are a bit high but considering the location and view it was acceptable. we had the ho dogs and they have a nice arrangement of condiments, sauerkraut, onions, mustard, etc.
