We had a great experience here. We chose to have the 7 course chef's tasting menu with the wine pairings. Starting with the oysters, all the dishes were excellent and it was great to have a taste of local inventive cuisine. The wine pairings were well thought out and complimented the food nicely. The service was perfect.

Great culinary experience. Cozy setting and friendly service. A bit on the pricy side but you will get your money's worth.

Took the 4 course meal. I do not especially recommend it. Was expecting to be surprised by each course with spectacular flavors but the experience I got was average. The 1st course was a beef tartar- and the size of it made us laugh. It was about a third of a tea spoon. And to make it last longer I guess they gave us an even smaller spoon, like the smallest you've ever seen, so that you could get 3 little spoons of tartar. Didn't taste like much. And there was our first course. The 4th course was the desert. They ran out of the desert that was explained to us at the beginning so we got something else. It was not that special neither. I'm okay with small portions but it has to be a culinary experience. Like a combo of flavors that make you want to savor it. That surprises you. That's not the experience we got.

Amazing variety of food, great service, and nice ambiance! Worth the price and the experience. Best restaurant in the area! I would certainly recommend it.??? #romanbalandinrealty NewJerseyresidence.com

Best meal I have had in Tremblant. The drinks, the meat, the seafood were perfectly done. And their kids meal was a braised short ribs.

My wife and I enjoyed the 7 course meal. The service and food was exceptional. The waiter explained each plate and ensured we were satisfied with each one. The only negative would be that the portion size wasn't consistent between my wife and my plate, but we both still didn't leave hungry. Thanks for a delicious meal.

Went here for my bachelorette dinner and had the best dining experience ever! Firstly, the food and drinks were absolutely outstanding. Every single thing we ordered did not disappoint. I had the seafood bouillabaisse and it was so delicious! My friends ordered the lamb and it was so tender and flavorful. Last but certainly not least, the service was probably what put this experience over the edge. From the waitress, bartender and even the chef! To say we were well taken care of would be a complete understatement. Hands down best dining experience I've had. So thankful for the Seb L'artisan team for making this night extra special for me.

I’d give this a 2.5 out of five but I wasn’t able to sort out how to do half stars. We had originally booked a meal at the nearby Le Grille St-Georges, however we read the responses on trip advisor from the manager to unhappy customers and he was ridiculously and offensively rude to them (shaming people who couldn’t afford more expensive meals). We decided to go to sEb based on the numerous positive reviews. Upon arrival for our scheduled reservation we were asked to come back as our table wasn’t ready. No problem, we walked around outside and came back and were seated. Unfortunately it was right in front of a very hot blowing heater which the hostess apologized about but I guess someone has to sit there. We asked about the 7 course menu and were discouraged by the waitress as it took 2.5 hours and it was 830pm. So we opted for the four course. The four course started with some bread and oil, and a little filled spoon. The one bite was tasty. Then we had a stew which was also good. The main course for me was duck (undercooked) and for my friend fish. Followed by a small lava cake which was okay as well. I thought there would be another plate (cheese perhaps?) but was told the spoon was considered one of the four “courses.” We were given a little tiny thumb tip sized pastry at the end and told it was compliments of the restaurant. Only our first two dishes were explained to us by the various servers, the others weren’t. My biggest issue tonight was the time between courses. We finally exited at 11pm from an 830 seating having paid $70 each for a four course meal that took 2.5! We could have just have had the darn 7 course meal - or maybe we would have exited at 1am at the pace it was going. We asked the server to request they try and bring the next meal out a little more quickly but no apology was offered by anyone there. The servers were nice but we weren’t given updates by anyone as we waited almost an entire hour between the stew and the main course. Ultimately the wait time and the quality of the food would make this a pass for me in future.
