Have never been to a worse place before and will never return. Thanks for nothing but a humorous story to tell at parties Brian. Take care and good luck!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried purchasing products two years in a row at BJ's about 20 years ago. I was treated rudely both times. I thought the first was just a bad day, but after the second, I chose never to go back, and I've never been back. Attitude and respect matters in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone still goes to this place I would be very cautious. I took my snow blower in last year and was told I needed a new carburetor. Although I found the gentleman quite rude, I had him replace the carb, paid my bill and didn't think I would return as I mentioned I found his from of the house attitude quite appalling. Now that's my reason for my review, I took my machine in again this year to a different shop and explained to them what happened last year. They couldn't believe I purchased a new carburetor as they told me everything was factory. They also informed me they get a lot of business with people sharing similar unimpressed experiences from BJ's. If you are reading this I highly recommend you go anywhere else. I will however mention, that after reading many other negative reviews, I am curious to what his excuse will be this time, along with his ridiculous use of capital letters. Anyways never going back so take care Brian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Brian. We love our new chainsaw! Wonderful experience. Brian gave us a step-by-step guide owning this piece of equipment. With all of the tips and tricks. All ready to go with fuel and working condition. Went in for a chainsaw and walked out very happy with a new, nice quality and, sturdy gas powered chain saw! Would highly recommend this store.
-Can't wait for my Lawnmower to die, so I can come back! Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took in our vacuum cleaner and our lawn mower for service. The work was done so fast on both appliances and was outstanding. The price was exactly as quoted. We took the lawn mower in at 11:00 am and was delivered at 5:30, looking better than when we bought it!!! Three things on the lawn mower were fixed without us asking for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being at the shop and seeing all of the equipment requiring repairs I can now understand why they may be a bit curt and not have time to visit / answer ALL the “tell me how I can fix my equipment for free” questions.
This was my first time taking a lawnmower and pressure washer to BJs so I was a bit surprised by my bill. However once I got home and saw the work they had done I was very pleased and impressed.
