I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist therefore my teeth have suffered. So I brought myself to get them fixed. So far my experiences there have been outstanding from the the staff at the front desk to the hygienist and Dr Liang and his assistant John. So I give a 2 thumbs up to the whole team

I called to book my first appointment, but wasn't totally familiar with what exams were required considering how recently I had done them, what insurance covered, and how switching dental offices (if I was in a different town) would affect me and the financial coverage. I had lots of questions and Rosalea was very friendly and, even though I ultimately decided that the insurance and timing logistics worked better to go in a different province entirely, she called my previous dentist, and patiently helped me with everything I needed to know. Thanks!

Since I’ve started coming to Bite Dental just over a year ago, I have been pleasantly surprised each time at how attentive and patient everyone here is. From the reception desk to the hygienist to the dentists they’re all top notch really. If you have a fear of dental offices, check them out. You won’t regret it! Genuine folks who know what they’re doing. Definitely one of the best in Toronto.

Initially, I was concerned about the seemingly rapid turnover of staff including dentists & hygienists . However, in the last 2 years, I've noticed that I more or less see the same staff there when I go to my 4 monthly appointments. My last 2-3 visits my hygienist has been Dewi, an awesome lady. Not only does she remember me from my last visit(s). But she actually recalls what we chatted about during our last session. She's gentle, knowledgeable & allows you to feel comfortable and at ease during your treatment. Overall, a decent dental office.

The office is really clean, the staff is very knowledgeable and the desk staff Rosalia and Geri are always so helpful with booking appointments and they do text reminders for me since I don’t like email! I had cleanings, fillings and my wisdom teeth removed and compared to my previous dentist offices was very impressed with how smooth everything is. I’ve sent multiple neighbours here as well and they all said positive things - they take school insurance too which is good for students! 10/10 for me :)
