the Camping is nice, but the gravelroad to the Park is very bad.

Arrived in the morning around 10. The lake is so smooth and quiet. Driving on gravel is bit bumpy, but only 15 km. Climbing to goat outlook is no easy, especially I do not hike usually. Did not see any goat☹️

Quieter than most provincial campgrounds, charming and mild weather when we were there. Lake very close by and family friendly. Nearby is an outstanding dog beach with lots of picnic tables for the dog owners to enjoy with their four legged friends, and doggie bags provided throughout the park. Friendly park staff. Easy gravel drive in for a minivan. I wish the park had one more trail or point of interest, but this is a small issue.

It’s pretty good park with a nice lakeside view but they close the gates at 10pm till 7am so if you are planning on visiting this park make sure you check in before 10pm and the roads are pretty bad to the park.

It's beautiful, remote campground. The lake it nice, with a clean bench and a couple of good hiking trails. It's an hour to the nearest town and cell signal, if you like that.

This is a well maintained park with a big campground. There's lots of room for RV's. Dry camp only for RV's but there is a sanny dump. Drinking water and clean out houses throughout the camp. The lake is medium sized and power boats are ok. There's a nice boat launch with a newer dock. Good sized beach and day picnic area. Canoe rentals were available. Clean glacier fed lake with lots of small rainbow and kokanee fish. There's also a few hiking trails around the campground and Lake. It would be nice if there was a shower and washroom facility since they do have drinking water plumbed through out the campground. Other then that one of the better provincial parks of our beautiful province.

In my opinion, this is one, if not the best campsite near Vancouver. The sites are clean. The outhouses are kept tidy. There is running water (undrinkabke), and plenty of garbage bins. The beach has nice sand. The water is clear and crisp (cold). There is a proper boat launch and dock. I go every year, and will always be my favorite place.

Gorgeous setting to camp with your family. Lake access, hiking and mountain biking. Running water available but outhouses only. ? Explore Beautiful BC! We will visit again.
