A	Amy Slack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE disappointment! Buyer beware - we purchased in JULY with the promise all resources for the install were in stock and ready to go. Turns out that’s NOT the case. We waited until the last week of September for the final pieces - when they showed up to install they forgot the remote! Now a week later they returned remote in hand and shocker! The stove will not turn on. This company is a joke, it is a robbery they treat seniors like this. They removed our wood stove - our source of heat - and now it is October and we STILL have nothing to show for the thousands of dollars it cost. Disgusting. Do not give this company your money - might as well light all those hundreds/thousands of dollars on fire you’ll be warmer!

We went from an ancient oil furnace to propane. They worked late to ensure that we had heat for the evening. Probably some of the best workmanship I've seen and the best, most amicable bunch of guys that we've ever met. They have very competitive pricing and I know that we will be happy with the same great service that we have enjoyed with Bird Fuels in the past. We would recommend Bird Fuels and their employees to anyone.

D	Dave Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok company but communication is a problem and when the installed my gas furnace the guy took 2 weeks and once it was installed the billing department was going to charge me more took 3 days to get it straightened out. I had to hook up to propane cuz the gas line was late coming in from Epcor and it was getting cold didn’t want to but had too. The propane was to costly more than furnace oil last year already cuz the furnace was set up wrong finally we had the gas hooked up. On the gas hook up I told the tech from birds our house was always cold and the furnace was on a lot. On inspection the new furnace was not set up right what he corrected. The gas company okayed the lines now we are up on natural gas. The contracted I agreed to included the gas line installation for $154.00 but I still haven’t got the bill for the the final cost for the propane. They were not to fill my tanks cuz I had enough before the line was hooked up and they did anyway. … so we’ll see what happens. If I had to do it all over again I’d think twice. On a brighter note the guys that put in the gas line and set up our new furnace were “A” one from Orangeville…. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare for be taking days off with a no show from show birds on the install days and no answer from the technician phone. Both my wife and I on the install loss of a days pay more than once on the furnace install what’s was over $1000 dollars added to the furnace cost in my mind…..

The quality of work was second to none. Carlos was an absolute legend and excellent to deal with. If you need your furnace serviced or replaced look no further then Bird fuels

Bird fuels has been servicing our home’s heating needs since 2015 and have truly impressed me in their business ethics and practices and most of all how easy it is to work with them in all aspects. Once they give you their word, it is always kept. They go above and beyond to keep us happy and loyal. The entire team is a pleasure to work with and you see it and hear it in their voices when talking to them. They originally supplied fuel and serviced our Oil Furnace up until Oct 2022 and before we switched it when the furnace was dying and no parts available, they found a way to keep it running until we were ready to switch to a propane system. The technicians that installed the new furnace were amazing and did an excellent job.
