★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Bryans to install a new high efficiency furnace and a/c system in our home. Roy visited our home 3 times to ensure nothing was missed, work was completed on time and not a penny more than what was quoted, they even installed an extra cold air return in the basement at no additional cost. The air conditioning unit that was installed was defective straight from the manufacturer( no one knew as it was installed in the winter). One call to Bryans and they were there that afternoon diagnosed the problem and had a new unit installed the next day. UNBELIEVABLE and TOP NOTCH service. It is nice knowing that a company is willing to stand behind their products and customers in this day and age. A big shout out to to Roy and his team.Great job, Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bryan's did a great job installing our new air conditioner recently. Gord and his helper arrived when they said they would be at our house and installed the new unit quickly and without any issues. It has worked great from the minute they started it up.
Bryan's is the only local company we would use for all our heating and AC needs. They are always there to help us!

So glad they are able to service our area, which is not exactly close to their main terminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first team of guys to show up at 7:45 am on the hottest day of the Summer to begin the digging to allow our home to be switched from oil heating to propane, to the rest of the team who got to install two furnaces, and consequently remove two massive and heavy old furnaces AND two old and very large oil tanks from two different basements, with narrow stairs, my team of Bryans guys were polite and efficient the whole week they were with us.
We have been using Bryan's Fuels since the day we moved in 26 years ago. No matter who I speak with, I am met with courteous professionalism, and never feel like I am a bother.
Many companies could learn a lot from this group!
Thank you to all involved in the process of converting our dual residence home to propane. You did NOT disappoint!
