They are very helpful to kids .my son was around a year there and he was happy .
A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience, wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Staff seems overworked and unhappy. No smiles. Not welcoming. Owner cannot be trusted and communicates poorly with parents (she does not allow anyone to talk and talks over you). Kids are neglected, not educated or cared for. Looks like a place to simply drop off kids while parents work - no child development at all. If your child is totally independent, and just needs a place to stay this may suit you, but nothing more can be expected. I feel guilty to have put my daughter through this experience! Wish I can give the place less than a star
P	P Essy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking to buy a home near the area, and wanted to secure our child's daycare before making any purchase. We visited the daycare, and thought it was nice. The owner was a bit overbearing, and her disorganized office space was a red flag for us, yet we liked the other aspects enough to go ahead. The owner mentioned that by paying a deposit we could secure a spot for September. We paid the deposit right away because of the guarantee, and emailed all the forms within a few days. As we continued our search for a home, she called us to let us know that the spot was now gone and the next spot was available in December. As we were ready to make a real estate purchase offer, I called the owner again to ensure the December spot was still available, to which she said there's never any guarantee. As we found another group daycare, where the manager was able to maintain a proper account of her children, I asked for the deposit to be refunded from this place. We received it after 1 month, after some unnecessarily harsh exchange. Even though we didn't assume malice (only incompetence) in the false representation of what putting down a deposit means, we didn't think it's wise to trust this person with our child. Your mileage may vary!

All teacher are very friendly and they are always qualified and kids too. My daughter feels like second family in daycare. They watching and teaching kids amazing. I recommend!
O	Olga Timofeeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went to this daycare for over a year and even though it was not very close to our house, we still loved going there every day. The teachers are native English speakers (which helped us learn English fast and the right way), they are experienced professionals who prepare kids for the kindergarten, organize concerts, activities and different fun events. There is no a single time I can remember seeing any of the teachers being bored and sitting on their own, there always around the kids, making sure everyone is respectful towards each other. The location is fantastic as well, quiet and save, near the parks but still easily accessible by a transit. I totally recommend it!

The owner Shermin is such a sweet, thoughtful, patient person and teacher for the kids, as well as the other teachers there as well like Alexi. They always tried to make everyday special with unique activities. They would take walks to the nearby park, go feed the ducks, turn on the sprinklers during summer, host a lemonade stand for the neighborhood, go trick or treating for Halloween, have a xmas concert party for the parents, pick blackberries and make jam together. He learned to be independent there, learned to do things for and by himself. He learned complex concepts too, like climate change, pandemic, nature, science. There's always lots of outdoor play, art, songs, and games. It's such a magical place for kids to experience and be prepared for kindergarten.

When we had behavioural challenges, they worked with us to solve the issues and ensure our son had a positive daycare experience. They spent time with us at the end of many days to discuss our sons experiences and development. They took the children on a variety of outings, ensuring they had lots of fresh air in green spaces.
