He worked with me around the limited budget that we had and completed everything $200 under the budget :) and exactly on time that he promised.

He is very particular when it comes to design and layout for his projects, making sure everything is done exactly how the client has requested. The quality of materials that he uses for his jobs is the best in the market because he knows that he's building his homes to last a life time! If you're looking for a company which claims perfection , then fails to deliver on those promises, Larch Construction is not that company. Instead, Larch Construction meets my definition of a dream company. I would be terrified of any company claiming to be perfect. What this company IS, however, is committed to seeking perfection. I have personally seen Eugene and his team work relentlessly to far exceed their clients' expectations. This is a testament to the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their dogged determination to aim to far exceed their clients expectations.
Eugene and the Larch Construction team are the real deal. I enthusiastically recommend this company if you are looking for a building contractor who will do what they say they will do, and will work relentlessly to build a home you will be proud of. Highly recommended!
