★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est la 2ème année que je suis extrêmement satisfait avec les services offerts. Je fais beaucoup de précaution car j'ai 2 enfants, alors les produits utilisés sont safe et en plus très efficaces. J'ai pas vu ni 1 fourmi ni 1 araignée pendant toute la première année.
This is the 2nd year that I am extremely satisfied with the services offered. I am very careful because I have 2 children, so the products used are safe and in addition very effective. I did not see either 1 ant or 1 spider during the first year.

Monsieur se contredit en disant que les locataires peuvent rester durant le traitement, et hop: non les locataires doivent s'absenter durant une période de 6 heures! Doit revenir 3 semaines après pour une "révision" mais appelle la semaine d'après pour un traitement !?...Effectivement, GROSSE INVASION de punaises de lit!!! Toujours PAS réglé. En plus, il hausse le ton très fort avec ma fille en langue Arabe, ce qu'elle ne comprends pas.

Must return 3 weeks later for a "revision" but call the following week for treatment!? ... Yes, BIG INVASION bed bugs! Still NOT set.
