★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai demandé l'agrandissement de mon jonc de marriage. J'ai mentionné qu'ils ne devaient rien changer d'autre, à défaut d'avoir une petite marque dessus suite à l'agrandissement. Le jonc était arrondi à l'intérieur (confort) avec un fini martelé brossé sur le dessus. Ils m'ont redonné un jonc presque plus martelé, fini poli (J'ai dû attendre 2 semaine de plus pour qu'ils reprennent le fini brossé) et la propriétaire m'a obstinée que j'exagérais les changements.
J'ai donc appris ma leçon de faire affaire avec une bijouterie miteuse de centre d'achat.
Je dois maintenant faire reprendre le travail par des experts intelligents, où j'ai acheté la bague (à Magog).
 I requested the enlargement of my wedding ring. I mentioned that they should not change anything else, failing to have a small mark on it following the expansion. The bangle was rounded on the inside (comfort) with a brushed hammered finish on the top. They gave me back an almost more hammered, polished finish (I had to wait 2 more weeks for them to resume the brushed finish) and the owner insisted that I was overdoing the changes.
So I learned my lesson from dealing with a seedy mall jewelry store.
Now I have to have the work resumed by intelligent experts, where I bought the ring (in Magog).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ma mere est aller faire reparé un jonc pour remplacer un petit diamant qui etait tomber. le diamant replacer est dune taille ridiculement petite comparer aux autres (on voit plus les soudures que le diamant tellement il est petit) sur le bijou de plus le jonc etait egratigné et etait noirci, loin de lemplacement a reparer. il on reprit la reparation pour polir le bijou mais au retour il manquait de lor a linterieur du jonc comme si environs 1mm dor avait ete retirer cels fait maintenant une surface creuse sur 1cm avant tout etait lisse et egal. on dirait quil ont fais fondre lor du bijou la ou on ne le vois pas pour se lapproprier en pensant que ca ne paraitra pas
Je vous conseille de ne pas faire avec eux.

my mother went to have a bangle repaired to replace a small diamond that had fallen. the diamond replaced is of a ridiculously small size compared to the others (we see more welds than the diamond because it is so small) on the jewel moreover the ring was scratched and was blackened, far from the location to be repaired. we resumed the repair to polish the jewel but on the return there was a lack of gold inside the ring as if around 1mm gold had been removed, these now made a hollow surface on 1cm before everything was smooth and even. it looks like they melted the gold of the jewel where we do not see it to appropriate it, thinking that it will not appear
I advise you not to do with them.
Very bad customer experience !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma conjointe et mon garçon de 9 ans ont été à la bijouterie pour pouvoir changer la batterie d'une montre TIMEX qui fonctionnait bien, mais dont la lumière ne fonctionnait plus.
Malheureusement, lorsque la dame a changé la batterie, la monte ne fonctionnait plus du tout. C’est à ce moment là que la dame a mentionné que cela arrive souvent lorsqu’on change une batterie.
Nous aurions aimé être avisés à l’avance, car nous nous aurions fait un choix différent.
Nous aurions souhaité qu’elle soit réparé au frais de l'entreprise, ou que notre fils reparte avec une montre qui fonctionne, car c’est la bijouterie qui l’a brisé.
Nous avons écris à l'entreprise et n'avons jamais eu de retour.
Terminé, nous ne mettrons plus jamais les pieds dans ce magasin
My wife and my 9 year old boy went to the jewelry store to be able to change the battery of a TIMEX watch that worked well, but whose light did not work anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été à cette bijouterie pour faire changer une simple batterie sur une montre de poche et ont me mentionne que la montre est défectueuse car elle fonctionne plus ou moins?
Je vais dans une autre bijouterie pour faire un suivi et ont me mentionne que la bride qui retient la batterie en place n'est plus là et que c'est la cause du problème, il vous perdre des pièce et par la suite ils vont vous dire que c'est défectueux sans vous mentionnez qu'ils ont perdu la bride.bijouterie à éviter complètement car employer non compétent pour réparation .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai passé ma commande pour une chaîne et un pendentif le 11 juin 2021. J'ai dû appeler plusieurs fois dans les deux dernières semaines pour savoir où en était rendu ma commande.
On m'avise que le fournisseur de la chaîne n'avait pas ma grandeur et qu'il voulait 'raboutter' deux morceaux ensembles, ce que la bijouterie a heureusement refusé.
J'y suis allée aujourd'hui pour aller réclamer mon pendentif, déjà payé, prête à me trouver une nouvelle chaîne. Lorsque j'ai vue le pendentif, supposé être délicat et raffiné, j'ai demandé un remboursement. Aussi bien me vendre une motte d'or brut plutôt que d'appeler ça un pendentif..
Je tiens à spécifier que j'ai toujours eu un bon service courtois avec Roxanne. C'est à peu près le seul positif dans toute l'histoire.
Accuser le délai et le manque de délicatesse sur les fournisseurs peut fonctionner une fois, mais quand le problème vient de deux fournisseurs distinct pour deux produits, je crois qu'il y a matière à trouver de nouveaux grossistes.
Bref, si vous faites affaire avec cette bijouterie, soyez très patients et comprenez que vous n'aurez sûrement pas ce que vous pensiez avoir...
I placed my order for a chain and pendant on June 11, 2021. I had to call several times in the past two weeks to find out where my order was.
I was told that the supplier of the chain was not my size and that he wanted to 'join' two pieces together, which the jewelry store fortunately refused.
I went there today to go claim my pendant, already paid for, ready to find me a new chain. When I saw the pendant, which was supposed to be delicate and refined, I asked for a refund. You might as well sell me a lump of raw gold rather than call it a pendant.
I would like to point out that I have always had good courteous service with Roxanne. This is pretty much the only positive in the whole story.
Blaming the deadline and lack of delicacy on the suppliers may work once, but when the problem is two separate suppliers for two products, I believe there is room to find new wholesalers.
In short, if you do business with this jewelry store, be very patient and understand that you will surely not get what you thought you had ...
