Allez acheter au Lavigueur vraiment mieux!
Worst jewelry store in all of Quebec. Jewel that breaks in less than 30 days. They never sent the ring for repair after 4 months.
Go buy at Lavigueur really better!

La dame tentait vraiment de me vendre une bague le double du prix de mon budget en me disant qu’elle me faisait un prix, que j’étais chanceuse parce qu’elle fait jamais ça et que je trouverais pas mieux ailleurs! Que ce que je cherche précisément ça n’existe pas et que celle qu’elle me montre est nettement mieux! Elle ne me laissait pas parler et me forçait presque a essayer des bagues même si ce n’était pas du tout le prix que je souhaitais payer! Grosse vente a pression de sa part avec aucun vrai soucis de sa clientèle! Elle croyait m’embobiner, mais je voyais très clair dans son jeu avec son speech qui semble tout droit sorti d’internet. J’avais juste hâte qu’elle cesse de parler pour que je puisse enfin quitter! … j’ai finalement trouvé ce que je cherchais chez Doucet, juste en face
Terrible service! The lady was really trying to sell me a ring for twice the price of my budget, telling me that she was giving me a price, that I was lucky because she never does that and that I couldn't find better anywhere else! That what I'm looking for precisely doesn't exist and that the one she shows me is much better! She wouldn't let me talk and almost forced me to try on rings even though it wasn't the price I wanted to pay at all! Big sale under pressure from him with no real concern for his customers! She thought she was fooling me, but I saw very clearly in her game with her speech which seems straight out of the internet. I just couldn't wait for her to stop talking so I could finally leave! … I finally found what I was looking for at Doucet, just opposite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place don’t go there!! Very rude and unprofessional!! We went there to test our finger size and potentially look at a ring for myself. The owner did not allow us to test our size and claimed it was because of Covid but after explaining that I wanted to buy a ring for myself he said” I didn’t want to do it because people use our store and buy elsewhere” I went to literally the next store Lavigueur and bought a ring for myself and they helped us with a big smile. Morale of the story don’t go to buy from Mozart. Go to any other store there is plenty!!
