★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'horaire d'ouverture au public est a partir de 10.hr excepte les samedis a 9hr. Les lundi et mardi ferme a 18hr et les samedis et dimanche a 17hr. et les photos ne sont pas a jour car ils ont déménage en 2.017
The opening hours for the public are from 10.hr except Saturdays at 9hrs. Monday and Tuesday closes at 18hrs and Saturdays and Sundays at 17hrs. and the photos are not up to date because they moved in 2.017

Completely ridiculous price! $ 30 for a watch battery and $ 60 to remove 2 links! This is theft ! In addition the salespeople are neither courteous nor polite. Bad reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté un jonc sur commande. La grandeur recommandée lors de l’achat était trop grande. J’ai dû assumer des frais ( 25% du coût ) pour échanger de grandeur.
I bought a bangle to order. The size recommended at the time of purchase was too large. I had to pay a fee (25% of the cost) to swap size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allé pour changer ma pile de montre, un Monsieur pas tres sympatique me donne le prix de 20.00 specifiant que ces piles ne sont pas de Chine, ni du Japon mais Suisse. Je lui donne ma Montre et il commence a installer la plie,je lui ai dis que l'année passée j'avais payé 10.00. Je lui demande si je peux avoir l'emballage de la montre car je doute de l'intègrité du monsieur. Il me retorque que si je veux pas acheter la pile il me l'enlève et aller acheter ailleurs, ce que j'ai fais. Suis allé pas tellement plus loin et là on me dit que ce sont des piles de la Suisse guarantie 3ans et j'ai payé 10.00plus taxes. Suis retourné chez Monaco et lui dis le prix que c'est une pile Suisse et 3 ans de garantie. Il me dit alors "J'ai pas besoin de client comme vous" lui ai repondu c'est sûr j'ai pas envie de me faire avoir par vous!!!
Résultat je ne recommende pas du tout bijouterie Monaco au Carrefour St-Jérome.
I went to change my watch battery, a not very friendly gentleman gives me the price of 20.00 specifying that these batteries are not from China, nor from Japan but Switzerland. I give him my Watch and he begins to install the plaice, I told him that last year I had paid 10.00. I ask him if I can have the packaging of the watch because I doubt the integrity of the gentleman. He retorts me that if I don't want to buy the battery, he takes it away from me and goes and buy somewhere else, which I did. Did not go much further and there I am told that these are batteries from Switzerland with a 3 year warranty and I paid 10.00 plus taxes. Went back to Monaco and told him the price that it is a Swiss battery and 3 years warranty. He then said to me "I don't need a client like you" answered him for sure I don't want to be fooled by you !!!
Result I do not recommend Monaco jewelry at all at Carrefour St-Jérome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai visité cette boutique pour acheter un cadeau de fête à ma copine. J'ai reçu un très bon service de la dame sur place. Ma conseillé plusieurs types de bijoux selon mon budget. Les prix sont relativement haut vu le prix de l'or. Endroit très propre. La dame à même pris le temps de regarder ma bague et me donner une évaluation même si elle n'allait pas l'acheter. Elle m'a fait un beau paquet cadeau. Ma copine étais très contente.
I visited this shop to buy a birthday present for my girlfriend. I received very good service from the lady on site. I advised several types of jewelry according to my budget. Prices are relatively high given the price of gold. Very clean place. The lady even took the time to look at my ring and give me an appraisal even though she wasn't going to buy it. She made me a nice gift package. My girlfriend was very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product I got had a defective clasp, and has fallen off multiple times since Christmas. The store wasn't helpful at all when we asked them about it, and they told us we should have gotten a better bracelet to get a better clasp... Not impressed at all.
