The jewelry is a bit expensive, but it's beautiful and in this case you truly get what you pay for.

I contacted Bijou and they scheduled me in the next day to have a new piece put in. They could tell I was worried and took action right away(messaging me after hours to schedule me in). They were kind, professional, and got me in right away. They ensured that my piercing would heal properly and told me to reach out to them at all if I had any concerns. They went above and beyond. At my initial consult, she spent lots of time going over the different options both for jewellery and placement, and let me know that I could call or email at anytime between then and the piercing appointment with questions or concerns. When the day came, we again went over jewellery options and made sure I was happy with the custom piece I chose. She was meticulous with placement, ensuring everything was lined up perfectly with my existing piercings. Aftercare and downsizing instructions were thorough, which is always a marker of a professional in my eyes. More than anything, she was kind and understanding. I couldn't be happier with my new jewellery and can't wait to go back for more!

She was so friendly, and explained all the things I needed to know about my piercing and aftercare with as much excitement as could be mustered on said topic.
