Most of you will know me as Coach Sam. I am currently a staff member of the “Steps Academy Family”, I spend most of my time at Big Steps Academy but wanted to take a minute to share my thoughts about the organization as a whole. I say “Family” because right from the start (January 2019) I recognized the strong bonds between staff, management and ownership. It’s an “All Hands on Deck” environment. This is only possible when there is mutual respect, team effort and a strong passion in a common goal of “Child Care”. I love coming to work because I feel a part of this “family” which allows me to be me...a big kid that gets to play with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter just finished a week of camp and usually I get nothing out of her but with this camp everyday she would talk about all the fun stuff they did. How nice the teachers (staff) are and refused to say bye on her last day as see you later was more appropriate as she wanted to go back.
I knew nothing about this camp but the staff is great and asked if I wanted a quick tour prior to signing up for camp so I could see the space. The staff cares for our kids and I would recommend them.
