★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not be coming back. We were denied entry yesterday because we didn't have ID and my child(7) ended up late to a party. We were not staying only dropping off and picking up, The suggestion of the guard was to just send my child in alone and leave him to find where he was going by himself. Won't be recommending this place to anyone and we be back in the future. I'll spend more money somewhere else that is accepting, understanding, and clean. 0/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel a lot for work and hotel gyms aren't that great. The staff seems nice. Excellent facilities, and a drop in day pass is about 11 bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Staff are always willing to assist with any needs. Disinfectant wipes have been empty a couple times in the gym and with covid I believe it’s important to be diligent on that. Other than that best facility I’ve been involved in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in advance to make sure both pools were open for my daughters b-day party on a certain date, they assured me they were both open, day comes and the deep pool with waterslide is closed for swim meet.
My daughter and her friends got over it then some angry red-headed lifeguard decided they werent strong enough swimmers so they all had to stay in the shallow end. They could clearly all swim. When I asked what the problem was she put her arms out and said if you don't like it leave. She then confronted them when they were happily playing in the shallow end asking thier ages and where her parents were, even though we were only a few feet away. So heres my angry review, i wont be returning. Unbelievably bsd experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing facility!! Absolutely nothing like this back in the town in Ontario where we moved from 3.5 weeks ago. Can't wait for my 7yr old step son to arrive here so we can take him. Having access to all the amenities for such a reasonable cost is fantastic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean it's fine, I just wish the facility wasn't so expensive to use. We have a large family and since there is a limit of 5 people we have to pay over and above. This includes membership to the facility not just day-use. I can understand an extra charge but maybe offer a discounted rate for "extra" people.
It is very well taken care of and we do quite enjoy the facility. I just don't understand what medicine hat thinks they can charge big city prices for small city amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids always have fun here. The pool is great when not too crowded. They always enjoy the slide and rope swing. Booster Juice is available and always a great treat. We bring our students here for swimming lessons. I haven't worked out in the gym or used the floors but there is always people using them or the ice rink for something.
