I was surprised considering most Big Bees are decent, cluttered but decent, however; this one was dirty, understocked, and I don't think the employee understood working service since he didn't speak a single word to anyone, he just pointed and grunted when he needed to interact with a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could be better. The store is a bit rundown. Merchandise looks like it was thrown into wherever it belonged. The guy at the register had zero customer service skills - from the time I walked in and the time I completed my transaction with him no words were exchanged from his side. Don't expect any good service. Go in, get your stuff and get out kinda place. Oh and the ice cream drumsticks i bought were Soo old....my bad for not checking the expiration date but I've never really had to check with these kinds of things at other convenience stores. The cone part was so old it was basically chewy...and not crunchy like it's supposed to be. Doesn't much bring much confidence for the other various grocery items they sell.
