★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY from here!!!! Terrible customer service and RUDE!!! I waited over 4 months to receive my purchase. They did not tell me i would have to wait, I was expecting same day or with in the week delivery. they did not keep me updated. The item was back ordered several times and then came in with wrong dimensions which they blamed on me even though I wrote the measurements down for them! The Aldo sold me an appliance that has issues and even after asking them to replace it or at least look at it I got no response. They misplaced my phone number several times. And continually strung me along saying “ next week it will be here” it never came! After fighting with them for months I finally went somewhere else. I have filed with the Better Business Bureau as well! SHADY and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Not worth the hassle or risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest salesmen. I ordered an oven through them. They Kept on claiming it was ordered and it would be here any day now. Finally after 6 weeks of not having an oven I had to demand my money back and go buy from the competitor that I gave them the good grace of price matching in the first place. The other stores sale was over and I ended up paying an additional $50, but I got it 2 days later. I found out the oven I had ordered was on back order but instead of being honest and getting me something else they somehow though it was a good idea to just lie to me for 6 weeks. I thought I was doing the right thing by shopping local, but turns out the big box store was the better choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not buy from here again, watch what they give you and make sure your getting what your money's worth. They delivered the wrong mattress three weeks late and then when they delivered the correct one it was a floor model mattress and then lied to me saying it was the new one, dishonest and disrespectful, only was willing to hear me out when I brought my dad in with me. I always try to support local but this was a horrible experience and upsetting. I don't even write reviews but I don't want others to go through what I did.
