Alex from better care was super helpful over the phone, He asked few questions and was able to determine the drain pump is damaged, he said that they have the part in stock and they could help. Alex came with the pump and fixed the problem in under an hour. $400 vs $2000 for a new washer. Thank you so so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so happy with better care!! After a long debate we have decided to repair the machine instead of replacing it, after looking at their reviews, We decided to give them a try. Alex came on time and was super nice and friendly and the most important thing very knowledgeable. He told us that the Motor is damaged. Alex came back the next day with a new motor and tested everything before he left. Happy laundry day :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ better care came on the weekend to take a look at my over the range microwave, And determined that it’s not worth the repair. They recommend a replacement option. The price was good, so I approved the job. They came few days later replaced it and took the old one. Good and fast service
